RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or give you and online store credit.
Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase.
If you need to exchange it for the same item at a different size, please send us an email as soon as possible to email@example.com.
We understand that mistakes can happen!
As we are a small business, unfortunately we cannot issue any cash refunds if 24hours has transpired after purchase. Please notify us within 24 hours if you would like to get a refund. Once a return is received by us, we will assess the product and provide the refund within 3 working days.
Thereafter we only refund items if they are defective or damaged.We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you may also choose an exchange or credit note for the garment returned. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days of approval.
Refunds on damaged or defected items are only eligible within 6 months from the purchase date.
TERMS OF REFUNDS,EXCHANGES AND ONLINE STORE CREDIT
- To be eligible for a refund, please first contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
- To qualify for your return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
- All returns and exchanges to be notified within 7 days of purchase
- All returns on any items are for the customers account
- Option to return items to HO in Cape Town
- Credit notes are valid for 12months from purchase date
- Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- No returns on sale items
- All items are quality checked before packaged to ensure the best experience
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We offer shipping within South Africa. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
